If you are not happy with your purchase we will accept returns on non-personalized products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unused condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our tags are all made from solid metal and are engraved (Does not rub off, unlike laser printed tags) but wear and tear is normal when in contact with other metals or from an unsupervised pet chewing on them. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that, save defying the laws of physics! Stronger metals such as brass or stainless steel are more durable.
Ensure that the pet cannot reach its own pet tag, which in turn makes sure that the pet ID tag can't be chewed. (If you have multiple pets that interact, make sure that they don't chew/bite another dog's pet tags/collar... some dogs just love to chew!).
Nearly all metals in existence can be toxic or cause other health problems when ingested, so seek veterinary advice if you think your pet has consumed a pet tag or similar object. You assume full responsibility for the well-being of your pet.
